The manufacturing unit is situated in Asia’s biggest upcoming Industrial hub at KIADB Vasanatnaraspura Industrial area, Tumkur.

The present size of the Industrial area is 8000 acres by Karnataka Government, and another 8000 acres are currently under development by the Government of India. We are a proud neighbour of Japanese Industrial Park, Machine Tool Park, Food Park and many other reputed manufacturing industries. The Industrial area is fed with trouble-free 24 hours power and water supply.

Our plant is spread across 3 acres land in two different units – one acre for fabrication and two acres is for assembly. It is powered by renewable energy from our own rooftop solar plant. This is part of our corporate social responsibility and the core of the organisations green initiatives.

The fabrication unit is equipped with imported CNC machines for cutting, bending, punching, shearing, perforation, welding, PUF gas cut machine and 9 tank PLC based phosphating and powder coating plant.

The Assembly unit is situated 500m away from the fabrication unit to avoid dust, heavy noise, acidity in the air, clean indoor air quality, and neat surroundings.

The well-maintained block contained an assembly area (Shell, busbar, components and wiring), office, stores, R&D and lab, dedicated bay for loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials, embarked area for man, material and machinery movement.

R&D LAB, QUALITY CONTROL, AND HSE

We have a full-fledged lab unit with state of the art testing, measuring and calibrating instruments, managed by a qualified QC team.

All the major raw materials are procured directly from the manufacturer and go through strict quality checks at the receiving end. Stage wise inspection is carried out at sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, enclosure assembly, busbar supports etc.

FINAL routine tests will be carried out according to IEC 61439 standard for mechanical stability, clearance and creepage, incorporation of built-in components, power and control circuits, terminals, dielectric properties, operational performance, functional tests and as-built drawings.
